Ehsaas inaugurates third Langar to feed the disadvantaged people twice everyday particularly patients. This one has opened in Lodhran at DHQ Hospital and is the first one in south Punjab. Currently, the Ehsaas Saylani Langar site in Lodhran provides food, two times daily to around 1,400 people particularly patients and attendants traveling from far flung areas. Under an agreement with the SWIT, Ehsaas will open 112 Langars nation wide over a two-year period under the public private partnership. Ehsaas Langars are primarily meant to serve meals to the poorest and most vulnerable segments of the society. Langars also restore self-reliance to those who will otherwise go hungry.
