PRIME MINISTER RAMZAN PACKAGE-2026 FOR THE POOR HOUSEHOLDS

Islamabad: 13th January, 2026----In pursuance of the directions of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of Pakistan, the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety (MoPASS), designated as the lead ministry for the Ramzan Package-2026, convened a meeting under the chairmanship of the Hon'ble Federal Minister for Poverty Alleviation and Social Safety to review preparations for the Ramzan Package-2026.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary MoPASS, senior officers of the Ministry, and the Secretary Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) along with his team. Secretary BISP briefed the Honarble Minister about Ramzan Package-2025 implented by BISP and execution of the Ramzan Package-2026, including implementation arrangements.

The Hon'ble Federal Minister emphasized early finalization of all arrangements to ensure timely and effective delivery of relief to deserving beneficiaries during the holy month of Ramzan, in line with the vision of the Hon'ble Prime Minister of Pakistan.
